Every great business starts with someone who believes in you before you believe in yourself. For Dupre Home Inspections, that someone was a dear friend who looked me in the eye and said, “You can do this — just as well, if not better, than anyone else out there.”

Those words set everything in motion. I purchased a truck, acquired the equipment, and earned my certification through the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) institute. But I didn’t stop there. I connected with a master inspector who took me under his wing, and for over a year I shadowed him — absorbing everything the classroom couldn’t teach me. When I finally ventured out on my own, I carried every lesson with me.

My background had already shaped who I am long before I walked through my first front door. I served in the military, worked for a major aircraft manufacturer, contributed to homeland security, and retired after years of dedicated service with the City of Los Angeles. Each of those chapters taught me the same thing: the job isn’t done until it’s done right.

Today, I continue expanding my knowledge through InterNACHI — the world’s leading inspection association — because the homes I inspect deserve nothing less than my very best.
